Returns
1.1. You must apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, without removing the labels, and in the original packaging.
1.2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping for Returns
2.1. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If items are returned individually, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
3.1. A full refund will be issued once we have received your returned package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met.
3.2. Your refund will be processed using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted in your account, depending on your bank's or card provider's procedures.

4.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges
5.1. We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, as the return order and the new order are independent processes.
